Zero Tolerance Policy
XXX365.SEX has a zero tolerance policy against illegal content. Any content involving minors, non-consensual acts, or other illegal material will be immediately removed and reported to the appropriate authorities, including NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) and relevant law enforcement agencies.
1. About This Policy
XXX365.SEX respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable international copyright laws. We respond promptly to valid takedown notices.
Most video content on this Site is embedded from third-party platforms. We do not host the video files directly. However, we take all removal requests seriously and will act promptly regardless of where the content is hosted.
2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe content on this Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on our Site where the allegedly infringing content is located.
- Your contact information: Full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
3. How to Submit
Send your takedown notice using one of these methods:
Option 1: Contact Form (Recommended)
Use our Contact Form and select "DMCA / Content Removal" as the subject. Include all required information listed above.
4. Processing Time
- Illegal content: Removed immediately upon discovery or report.
- Copyright infringement: Valid DMCA notices are processed within 24 hours.
- General content removal: Requests are reviewed and addressed within 48 hours.
5. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification containing:
- Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
6. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, we maintain a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright in appropriate circumstances.
7. Content Removal for Other Reasons
Even if your request does not qualify under the DMCA, you may still request content removal if:
- You appear in the content and did not consent to its distribution.
- The content violates your privacy or publicity rights.
- The content is defamatory or harassing.

8. Good Faith
Please note that misrepresenting that material infringes your copyright may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorney fees, under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
